For teams

Talented people. Not yet a team?

One day with your team, and a difference you'll notice the very next morning. Built on what every person does best.

You have the talent. You're not getting all of it.

  • Friction nobody names out loud.
  • People reading the same situation differently, and each other wrong.
  • The conversations that matter happen in the corridor, not in the room.
  • Strong individuals pulling in slightly different directions.

What every person leaves with

  • Their Top 5 in their own words, shared with the team.
  • A personal Top 5 Theme Insights report.
  • Feedback and builds from their colleagues.
  • A team contract: how you get the best from each other.
  • A Growth Plan: their challenge, the two strengths they'll use, what they need, and a first step within 48 hours.

And for you as the leader: a follow-up with me once every Growth Plan is in. What the plans tell us about the team, your questions, and what to do next.

The Team Growth Day

Arrive with a challenge. Leave with a plan.

A full day with your team, in the room, online or both. Every person brings a challenge or goal, sees what they do best and how the team fits together, and leaves with a Growth Plan for it.

The day gets the Strength Flywheel moving: the climate and the strengths. The Growth Plans keep it turning. How I work

Includes: a call with you before, the CliftonStrengths assessment for everyone, preparation, the day, and a follow-up with you once every Growth Plan is in.

Fixed price per team. You get a quote after our 20-minute call, based on the size of the team, location and format.

Before, during, after

Before.

A call with you: what's working, where the friction is, and what a good outcome looks like. Everyone takes the CliftonStrengths assessment and writes a one-page profile in their own words, including the challenge or goal they bring.

The day.

Own strengths first, then each other's. The team overview and a team contract: how you get the best from each other. Every person sharpens their challenge with colleagues, builds a Growth Plan, and says their first step out loud before they leave.

After.

Within a week or two, everyone finishes their Growth Plan and shares it with the team. Each person sets a check-in with you after three to five weeks, and a 90-day check. Once every plan is in, you and I meet: what the plans tell us, your questions, and what comes next.

What this is not

Not a personality test. Not a box to put people in. Not a fun day that is forgotten a week later.

A day that changes how your team works, with a plan for every person.

Who it's for

Most often, a leadership team of 5 to 10 people.

Also leaders with their own team, from sales and marketing to supply chain, R&D and finance. And whole departments, from 30 up to 50 people.

Delivered in English or Swedish. In the room, online, or hybrid with some people in the room and some joining online.

“The result was clear afterwards, when the group could work more focused with their strengths on their own.”
Mille Bergström, Paulig Group

Questions leaders ask

Do people need to have done CliftonStrengths before?

No. Everyone gets an assessment code as part of the preparation. If some have done it before, we use their existing results.

How long does the assessment take?

About 30 to 45 minutes, online, in English, Swedish and many other languages. Do it in one go, somewhere quiet, and go with your first answer.

What happens to the results?

Each person owns their results. Within the team we share them for one purpose: to understand each other and work better together. They are never used to assess, rank or recruit people.

Isn't this just a personality test?

No. It doesn't put anyone in a box, and no theme is better than another. It shows where each person naturally performs best, so the team can use it on purpose.

Can a leadership team work on a shared challenge?

Yes. For a leadership team we often work on one shared challenge. The Growth Plan becomes one plan for the team, with each person's strength contribution to it.

Can you run it online?

Yes. In the room, fully online, or hybrid with some people in the room and some joining online. The room works best for a first day, but the format follows your team.

Do you work in English or Swedish?

Both. Many of the teams I work with are mixed, so the day often runs in English.

What does it cost?

A fixed price per team, never per person, and no hourly rates. You get a quote after our 20-minute call, based on the size of the team, location and format.

Your team already has the talent.

Twenty minutes is enough to see where your team stands and what to do first.
